NetDivorce is an online divorce form preparation service. NetDivorce service is offered only to Petitioners (the spouse who begins the divorce case).
NetDivorce handles only uncontested California divorce in which both spouses remain in agreement on the divorce and all issues of the divorce. This does not mean that you have to like each other or even meet with each other. But you must be able to reach agreement (and if necessary, re-reach agreement should disputes arise) on all of the issues of your divorce (including the divorce itself).
NetDivorce works only for the Petitioner (the spouse who initiates and pursues the divorce case).
NetDivorce handles divorce from beginning to end only. NetDivorce does not come into divorce cases that have already been filed.
NetDivorce does not handle annulments or legal separations. NetDivorce recommends that you consult an attorney before proceeding with an annulment or legal separation.
